Why are my holds taking so long?

We are currently experiencing much longer than normal delivery times due to a change in vendors for the courier service provided to us through the State Library of Ohio. The State Library's new vendor contract began on July 1, 2021.

This courier service handles all of the deliveries between CLEVNET-member libraries and libraries throughout the State of Ohio.

There is currently no estimated date of resolution for these delays, but the State Library is aware and working to resolve the issue.
