What is my PIN/Password?
Your PIN is assigned automatically at the time of registration. It could be either the last for digits of the phone number associated with the account, or your birth month and day in (MMDD) format.
Due to privacy concerns, we are unable to release your PIN/password by phone or email.
You can reset your PIN/password by using the Forgot my password/PIN link under the My Account tab or the Password Recovery link in the online catalog. A recovery link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
