Is the Cleveland Public Library receiving tax forms?

  • The Library is receiving City of Cleveland Central Collection Agency (CCA) tax forms as well as Federal 1040 forms and instruction booklets. Spanish language 1040 forms and instructions will be available at the Fulton and South Branches. There will also be a limited amount of State of Ohio tax forms at the Addison, Downtown Main Library, Fulton, Harvard-Lee, Mt. Pleasant, South Brooklyn, and Walz Branches.  Please call your closest branch for availability of tax forms and instruction booklets.
