Virtual Storytime

Library staff, community partners, and local celebrities recorded children’s books to help families introduce their children to the joys of reading.

Dial-A-Story

Dial-a-story allows children to explore books using their imagination by calling to hear a recording of classic children’s stories, jokes and poetry. To listen to a story, dial 216-777-6500

Books come to life through animation, narration, sounds and music. TumbleBook Library is a collection of electronic picture books for children, which are sure to entertain and evoke a love of reading.

Kanopy

Kanopy has curated the perfect collection of educational TV shows children’s films. With the support of select content partners like First Run Features, Samuel Goldwyn, Collective Eye Films, FilmRise, Films We Like, Media Education Foundation and NYX and more.

OverDrive

OverDrive has an excellent collection of children’s books and audiobooks that you can take with you on the go. Checkout a wide variety from HistoryChildren’s ClassicsAdventures in Science and more!

Hoopla

Homeschooling with Hoopla! Hoopla Digital has collected a series of audiobooks that families can use to keep their children engaged while they’re out of school. Check it out!

Freegal

Dance party! Keep the children active with music from Freegal, which offers unlimited streaming of music and books, plus you can download ten songs to keep every week.
